Manufacturing Operator II The Role Join a fast-paced manufacturing team dedicated to producing products that contribute to global health and safety. As a Process Operator, you will be responsible for the end-to-end manufacturing and packaging of dehydrated culture media. Location: Basingstoke Type: Full-time, 12-Month Contract Pay Rate: £12.90 per hour Hours: 40 hours per week Shift: Weekly rotation (06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00) This is a dynamic, hands-on role where accuracy and safety are the top priorities. Key Responsibilities Production: Follow defined processes to create batch manufacturing records, print labels, and use specialized equipment. Working with small fiddly parts and metal components, you must have self patience. Strong attention to detail and good eyesight. Happy to learn and use basic machinery. Be literate and numerate as you will be required to read basic instructions and counting involved. Occasional lifting involved but not repetitive.
