As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring production runs smoothly within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Hours & Pay Basic Pay Rate: £14.29 per hour. Shift Allowance: 11% - 18.44% depending on shift pattern. Overtime: Monday to Saturday: Time and a half. Sunday: Double time.
