Repair Supervisor Location: Wembley, London Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (42.5 hours per week) Pay: £26.57ph UMB Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Repair Supervisor to oversee the delivery of responsive repairs and maintenance across a social housing contract. You will manage a team of operatives, ensure repairs are completed safely and on time, and provide excellent customer service to residents. Key Responsibilities Supervise responsive repairs, planned maintenance and void works. Manage and support multi-trade operatives and subcontractors.
