Key Responsibilities: Powder Coating: Apply powder coating finishes to steel/metal frames to a high standard, ensuring consistency and quality. Preparation: Mask and prepare metal items for coating, ensuring that each item is ready for the application process. Hanging: Carefully hang items after powder coating for drying, ensuring no damage or issues during the curing process. Post-Coating Handling: Once cured, carefully move and stack finished products onto pallets. Tool Use: Use hand-held tools to secure bases and knock rubber bungs into frames as required.
