This role involves operating production machinery, assembling and inspecting metal components, and ensuring products meet strict quality standards. Key responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, monitoring machine performance, conducting visual and dimensional quality checks, maintaining accurate production records, and following all health and safety procedures.   Previous exposure to using hand tools such as impact guns, torque wrenches, measuring equipment, would be highly preferable. Your pay rate as a Production Operative: £13.45 per hour after 12 weeks £13.45 days and £17.49 nights. Typical working hours as a Production Operative: You will be working 8 to 12 hours shift.
