About the Role A large static site are seeking a dedicated Hard Services (M&E) Manager to join a team in London (Enhanced DBS required). You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily mechanical and electrical (M&E) maintenance operations of the estate, ensuring all facilities remain fit for purpose and compliant with statutory and legislative requirements. This is a key hands-on management role that involves a mix of strategic planning, project management, and operational oversight.
