We are seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to support a range of repair, maintenance and improvement projects across Council properties. Role Overview You will manage projects from initial survey through to completion, producing specifications, schedules and reports. The role includes full contract administration, monitoring contractor performance, ensuring compliance with CDM and H&S regulations, and advising internal teams on technical matters.
