This is a hands-on role involving general building fabric maintenance, repairs and upkeep across the site. Key Responsibilities Carry out general building fabric repairs and maintenance. Undertake painting and decorating works as required. Carry out ironmongery repairs and replacements, including doors, locks, hinges and handles.
