We're looking for a Maintenance Assistant to help prepare student accommodation for the new academic intake. This is a practical, hands‑on role supporting the on‑site maintenance team. Main Duties General maintenance after student move‑out: painting, basic tiling, minor repairs, plumbing support, drain clearing, furniture assembly, and moving mattresses/white goods.
