Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer. to develop and deliver manufacturing processes for precision machined components across a range of materials. You will play a key part in New Product Introduction (NPI) programs, advising on Design for Manufacture (DfM), PPAP, GD&T, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement lean manufacturing processes focused on quality, cost, and delivery. Create machining processes for complex components with tight tolerances using CAD/CAM tools (Siemens NX or Partmaker preferred). Select cutting tools, design fixtures, and produce shop documentation. Support APQP activities including DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, and MSA studies. Lead and support process improvement projects, ensuring minimal downtime in the machine shop.
