Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Marine Composite Laminator to join our team, specializing in the construction, repair, and finishing of high-quality yacht components. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with composite materials (fiberglass, carbon fiber, Kevlar, etc.) and a strong understanding of yacht manufacturing processes, ensuring precision, safety, and durability in all laminating tasks. Key Responsibilities: Prepare composite materials (fiberglass, carbon fiber, resins, cores) according to specifications. Lay up and laminate composite structures, ensuring accurate alignment, layering, and resin application. Operate vacuum bagging, infusion, and wet lay-up processes for yacht components. Trim, finish, and inspect composite panels, decks, hulls, and other yacht parts for quality and adherence to engineering drawings.
