Shifts: Days: Mon-Fri 5.30am-3pm Afternoons: 2.30pm-Midnight Salary: £15.92 Responsibilities: Load and unload materials onto the SMT machines. Operate and monitor SMT machines during the assembly process. Troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues to minimise downtime. Monitor the SMT process to identify and address any defects or issues. Work closely with other team members, including engineers and quality control personnel, to achieve production goals and resolve issues.
