We are currently looking for a Multi Trade Operative to work across the Wigan area for a well-established social housing contractor. This opportunity is with an established contractor delivering high-volume responsive repairs and maintenance works within occupied social housing properties. We’re looking for experienced Multi-Trade Operatives who are looking for a long-term opportunity. I’d be keen to speak to anyone with experience working within social housing repairs, property maintenance, refurbishment or reactive maintenance, whether you’ve previously worked as a Plumber Multi Trade, Carpenter Multi Trade, Maintenance Operative, Repairs Operative, Plumber, Carpenter or in a similar role. The more trades you can cover, the better — candidates with additional skills such as plastering and tiling will be highly desirable.
