Great opportunity to work as a Production Line Leader for one of the largest providers of fresh flowers to major supermarket chains throughout the UK. Staffline is recruiting for Production Line Leaders for day shift in Alconbury. The rate of pay is: -Day shift is paid at £13.78 per hour -Overtime is paid at £17.23 per hour This is a full-time role. The shift pattern will be: 4 on, 3 off, 3 on 4 off - Shifts are generally scheduled from Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday. The hours of work are: - 6:30am to 7pm As part of a busy and fast-paced operation, flexibility is essential during peak periods such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas, when night shifts may be required. During the Mother's Day 2026 peak, candidates should also be willing to travel to a nearby site in Chatteris to support the wider operation.
