Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Change, Communications and Training professional to support the group-wide rollout of a Workforce Planning capability across a large, complex organisation. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, including the development and potential facilitation of training.
Rate: up to £750pd inside ir35 via umbrella
Duration: 12 months
Hybird: 3 days a week in London-based office
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end change, communications and training activities for the workforce planning rollout.
Adapt and scale existing communications and training materials for multiple business divisions.
Develop clear, engaging change messages aligned to the needs of different stakeholder groups.
Partner closely with business, HR, technology and program stakeholders to ensure successful adoption.
Track change readiness, risks and adoption, adjusting plans as required.
