Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the statutory process for Education, Health, and Care (EHC) needs assessments for children and young people aged 0-25. Ensure timely delivery of EHC Plans, working collaboratively with children, families, and professionals. Manage a caseload, ensuring appropriate support, resources, and placements are in place. Facilitate multi-agency meetings and provide written briefs for EHC panels.
