Our client is a leading brand/creative agency looking for someone to join their HR team to cover maternity leave. This role is for an initial 6 months.
Your new role
Reporting to the Head of HR, you'll be responsible for partnering with business leaders and providing HR support including onboarding, performance management, and employee queries. Additionally, you'll be assisting with ER cases and working with the People Operations Team to improve processes.
What you'll need to succeed
With a solid foundation in HR, you'll have experience in an operational and advisory capacity, including employee relations (ideally with TUPE), experience of assisting with organisational change and HR best practice. With an agile approach, you'll be able to work in a matrix environment.
