Your new company An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Housing Support Officer to join a busy housing team supporting vulnerable individuals and helping them to sustain successful tenancies. Your new role You will work closely with tenants and partner agencies to provide high-quality housing support, empowering service users to live independently and maintain stable accommodation. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. Provide person-centred housing support to tenants with a range of needs. Assist individuals in developing independent living skills and sustaining tenancies. Support service users with budgeting, benefit applications and accessing relevant services. Conduct regular visits, assessments and support reviews. Liaise with internal teams and external agencies, including health, social work and support providers.
