About the Role The Assistant Plan Coordinator supports the Local Authority in fulfilling its statutory duties for children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN). The postholder manages casework, supports the Early Help Team, and ensures Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) are issued and maintained in line with legal requirements.
