Key Responsibilities Contribute to the delivery of new mammalian expression hosts and vector systems for the expression of complex therapeutic proteins. Engineer mammalian cell lines (e.g. Stable cell line generation, targeted integration and gene editing - e.g. CRISPR-based systems). Generate mammalian expression vectors using state of the art assembly techniques. Phenotypic characterisation of edited cell lines with relevant assays (e.g. NGS, ddPCR, qPCR and flow cytometry) and cell culture techniques (e.g., shake flask/ bioreactor).
