This role is responsible for supporting HR operational activity, including employee lifecycle processes, recruitment , personnel administration, HR reporting, employee relations, industrial relations support and workforce coordination. The role will work closely with managers, employees, project teams and the wider HR function to ensure HR processes are delivered accurately, consistently and in line with business needs. Recruitment and resourcing activities will be an important part of the role, with a focus on supporting vacancy progression, interview coordination, onboarding readiness and regular engagement with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team.
