(Temporary 6 months with the possibility to go Permanent) Efficiently log IT incidents and service requests using our ticket system. Manage calls to the highest quality standard, including using a standard greeting, correct triage of calls, and explaining next steps when necessary. Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and ensure high-standard triaging of calls. Support a variety of technologies including Audio Visual systems, desk and mobile phones, laptops, Microsoft Dynamics, Office 365, and in-house applications....
