Our client is seeking a Helpdesk Administrator to join their team. As a Helpdesk Administrator, you will play a vital role in providing first-line helpdesk support and being the primary point of contact for facilities management requirements and administration. This is a full-time temporary position based in our client's office.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the friendly and professional point of contact for operational colleagues, addressing their queries and concerns.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently and effectively.
