Senior Physiotherapist – Independent Living Service Adult Social Care – Discharge to Assess at Home (DTAH) & Independent Living Service (ILS) A Council in Bolton is seeking an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join their Independent Living Service team. This is a key role supporting residents to remain independent at home through rehabilitation, assessment, and partnership working across health and social care services.
