Wychavon Area Social Work team is looking for an experienced/senior social worker to join the Team. The Wychavon Area covers Droitwich, Pershore, Evesham and surrounding areas. It is a beautiful location to work within and the work is both varied and interesting. As the area is rural, access to a car is essential to complete home visits. In Worcestershire we have adopted the 3 Conversation model of practice which involves a strength-based approach to working with people. You will manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision and have the ability to approve and purchase support packages to enable people to make positive changes in their life. We have one vacancy however are considering different options as to how the the skills of the potential candidate might be utilised to support the service.
