We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Support Worker to join a specialist justice service. The role provides trauma-informed support to individuals and their children who are experiencing or have experienced domestic abuse, rape and/or sexual assault. Support is offered to people of all genders. The post holder will provide risk assessment, safety planning and crisis intervention, alongside emotional and practical support, advice and advocacy. You will work directly with individuals to promote safety, recovery and wellbeing, and where appropriate coordinate support with partner services.
