We work hand-in-hand with children's residential homes and community support teams in across South Wlaes. We know how vital your role is, and we make sure you get the consistent work, fair pay, and respect you deserve.
What Your Days Will Look Like
Supporting Children with a therapeutic, compassionate approach, supporting young people living in residential care or in community packages.
Use PACE principles (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, Empathy) to help children de-escalate, process difficult emotions, and feel secure.
Support young people with mental health challenges, SEMH needs, and social integration.
Keep accurate daily records using the "Clear Care" platform...
