Belmont Recruitment are looking to speak with candidates for a Rough Sleeper/Outreach Practitioner role based in Surbiton area of South West London. We are looking to speak with experienced Recovery Workers/Outreach Workers with experience within the field ideally or strong transferable skills of working as a Substance Misuse Practitioner. This is an exciting opportunity to support the homeless population into treatment to address drug and alcohol needs. You will be; * Engaging with vulnerable individuals who are or may be at risk of homelessness and have experienced housing challenges, with substance misuse, alcohol, and mental health difficulties as part of a multi-disciplinary team. * Making positive changes in peoples’ lives, through a non-judgmental, recovery-based approach that values the strengths and choices of those individuals.
