4Recruitment Services are seeking a Migrant Support Worker to work for our client based in Rugby. The Migrant Support Worker will provide practical, emotional, and housing‑related support to migrant individuals and families who are facing barriers to settling safely and independently in the UK. The role focuses on helping people understand their rights and responsibilities, access essential services, overcome language and cultural barriers, and move towards stable, sustainable accommodation. The postholder will work closely with Housing Officers, statutory partners, and community organisations to ensure migrant households receive coordinated, culturally competent support that promotes wellbeing, reduces risk, and strengthens community integration. The contract is for 28 hours per week ideally over 5 days but could facilitate 4 days.
