About the Role Medgen is looking for an experienced Clinical Lead to join our clinical team, supporting the rapid mobilisation and management of care and support services across a range of complex and often high-risk environments. This is not a traditional caseload-based clinical role. The role is focused on providing clinical leadership, crisis management and rapid operational support where individuals require an immediate or enhanced package of care, including situations where staffing needs to be mobilised at short notice.
