Due to the new project win, out client requires a site based freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor from a subcontractor self-delivery background, with earthworks and drainage experience. This would be a 45 week Outside ir35 contract. Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor roles and responsibilities: Reporting to the Project Manager onsite, you will be responsible for commercial administration of self-delivery earthworks and drainage packages, under an NEC Option B contract, with a circa £11m value.
