Description * Complete planned maintenance as directed including (but not limited to) emergency light testing, fire alarm testing, water hygiene activities. * To unlock the school building and to ensure security of the building at all times whilst on duty (e.g. security patrols, checking doors and gates are locked etc). Manage any external contractors on site to company and H&S guidelines, giving site specific inductions and issue permits to access as required.
