Jackson Hogg Procurement division are partnering with an organisation based in Rowlands Gill and Hexham on the appointment of a Buyer to join their small procurement department, initially on a 6 month temporary basis. Salary is competitive and working hours are 37.5 hours per week with an 8am or 8.30am start depending on preference. They offer early finishes on a Friday of 2pm. This is an on site based role and can be based at either their Rowlands Gill or Hexham site. The Buyer is responsible for supporting the effective management of the procurement function across the business by coordinating purchasing activities, managing supplier relationships, analysing procurement data, and driving cost, quality and service improvements.
