Responsibilities: Represent the client as the WTG commissioning authority in-situ, ensuring WTG's meet contractual, technical, and TSA employer requirements prior to Take Over Certificate (ToC) and handover to Generation. Lead by example in safety, quality, and professionalism, acting as a visible role model for contractors and personnel.
