The Facilities Lead will lead the strategic and operational management of all Hard and Soft services. This role ensures compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), health and safety standards, and environmental regulations while delivering efficient, cost-effective, and sustainable facilities solutions that support core manufacturing operations Develop and implement the site facilities strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Ensure all facilities operations comply with GMP, MHRA, FDA, and other relevant pharmaceutical regulations.
