Litter Collection: Beach cleaners are employed between April and September. They work diligently to keep the beaches and surrounding areas clean and safe for visitors. During the main summer season, they operate on a shift system, ensuring coverage both in the mornings and evenings. Their primary task is to pick up litter, empty bins, and remove any debris from the beach and coastal paths. Sand Levelling: Due to winds and tides, sand along the coastline shifts continuously. Beach cleaners participate in a sand levelling program that redistributes sand to areas where it’s needed. Heavy equipment transports the sand, ensuring a balanced distribution along the beach.
