Fantastic opportunity for a Caretaker to work with a leading Housing Provider in the South Worcestershire Area. My client is looking for a self-motivated, and experienced Caretaker for a role based in the Malvern area of South Worcestershire. Work will mainly involve, cleaning communal areas and touchpoints, rubbish removals, removal of fly tipping, some basic grounds maintenance, gardening and graffiti removal. This is a great opportunity to secure yourself a great run of work with a leading housing provider. Start date: Accepting applicants that can start immediately Hours: 37 hours per week.
