This job is a key role in the successful delivery of our waste and recycling services for residents. This is a full time temporary role, 37 hours per week. The post holder will be engaging with residents to assist with queries on our waste and recycling services and support the delivery and collection of containers as required. Also undertaking performance and asset monitoring for Refuse and Recycling collections, Street Cleansing and other service requirements to ensure residents are receiving an excellent service. Undertake inspections of assets and undertake local environmental quality surveys such as cleanliness and bin condition at the direction of the Waste Contracts Manager.
