I’ve exclusively partnered with a large not-for-profit organisation who provide specialist care within the North West.
They are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner or similar.
You will act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance, coaching, and support to managers and colleagues across the organisation with a wide range of complex Employee Relations casework.
Working closely with the People Manager and wider People team, you’ll help drive operational excellence while contributing to strategic HR initiatives.
