MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Maintaining building services in a safe and satisfactory condition for the safety of visitors and staff. To respond to requests received orally or electronically for assistance and to advise or organise repair or replacement of items or systems that are in need of attention at district offices or the regional office which would include plumbing, electrical, carpentry work, gardening or major cleaning due to floods, fire, leaks, breakages or spills. To carry out or organise portable appliance safety (PAT) testing to a planned schedule of work at regional office and all district offices. (Training can be provided for this if not already qualified).
