We are looking for an experienced Building Control Surveyor to join a busy Building Control team. The successful candidate must hold a minimum BSR Registration of Class 2F and have experience carrying out site inspections with some plan checking responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Review plans to ensure compliance with Building Regulations. Carry out site inspections across a range of construction projects. Provide Building Control advice by phone, email and in person. Inspect dangerous structures during normal working hours. Maintain accurate inspection records and correspondence. Quantity Surveyor - Freelance - New build residential This leading residential main contractor has an immediate requirement for a Quantity Surveyor to work on freelance basis for an initial contract of 6 months initially, managing subcontractor accounts. The project is a new build apartment project in Surrey near to J12 of the M25 not far from Heathrow. Having started earlier this year, it is well into construction, and you will join to manage subcontractor accounts. You will be based on this project, but you will pick up some duties for another live job. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will have a recognised UK Construction qualification and residential experience for leading residential contracting companies.
