Job Title: Baler Operative Shift: Monday - Friday, alternative weekends for Baler Maintenance Job Purpose: The Baler Operative is responsible for: 1. Ensuring the Plant is available for operation at all times by the effective management and baling of the material bunkers. 2. To ensure all product to be baled is of a suitable quality for resale, raising any quality concerns with the Shift Supervisor immediately. 3. Ensure all bales produced are of an acceptable condition, size and nature for resale. 4. Ensure all bales produced are ‘Quality Controlled’ prior to stacking ready for dispatch. 5. To ensure the Forklift Operative is aware of the need to remove bales from the baler as and when required. 6. The daily maintenance of the baler, associated material bunkers and conveyor belts. 7.
