Job Title: Baler Operative Shift: Monday - Friday, alternative weekends for Baler Maintenance Job Purpose: The Baler Operative is responsible for: 1. Ensuring the Plant is available for operation at all times by the effective management and baling of the material bunkers. 2. To ensure all product to be baled is of a suitable quality for resale, raising any quality concerns with the Shift Supervisor immediately. 3.
