This role manages an extensive Global customer fulfilment portfolio, to ensure order control, alignment, completeness, and prioritisation of orders. As the primary point of contact for the client, you will deal with all client issues, ensuring an on-time and coordinated order delivery. You will plan & schedule customer orders, ensuring on time delivery and customer requirements are met. This is a fast paced, global environment. Ideal for someone with experience of Supply Chain, coming from a Planning, Scheduling, Customer Service, or Order Management background. Where you are comfortable and enjoy manipulating large data sets within Excel. Please note that this will face into the US Marketplace and will have an associated shift pattern (2 pm-10pm).
