Senior Technician - Analytical Science 12 Month Contract Based in Reading * Our Client are customer focused, science led and results driven. * Our Clients’ Food Sciences laboratory performs a wide range of analytical analyses for a variety of food, pharmaceutical and healthcare companies and supports the Company’s research and innovation. * The role at Senior Technician is to be responsible for performing a range of routine analyses ensuring that projects are completed effectively and meet the customer’s contractual agreements. * Schedule and perform chemical analysis and report work in accordance with the quality standards. * This role focuses on the analysis of products using techniques such as HPLC and IC and may also include training in GC, GC-MS, GC-FID, LC-MS and Wet Chemistry methods. * The position will be primarily based at the Reading location although may require attendance of any of the Clients’ sites.
