This hybrid role combines computational data analysis with hands-on laboratory collaboration to support the identification and optimisation of novel therapeutic molecules. This is a full–time post for a band 5 biomedical scientist in the molecular diagnostic department, within Berkshire & Surrey Pathology Services. The position is within a laboratory environment and the post-holder will be expected to participate in the performance of complex practical processes within the department to ensure a high quality service is delivered in timely manner to all service users. All practices will be performed at a level that enables the department to maintain UKAS accreditation to ISO 15189.
