(likely to be longer) Purpose of the role: To undertake a caseload in accordance with a programme agreed with the Head of Service and Principal Surveyor including the following: * Management of the let estate. * Disposals of land and property assets. * Acquisition of property interests for corporate schemes. * Project management of regeneration and property development. * Valuation of land and property for both capital and revenue.
