Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Leasehold Officer to join a Housing Association on an ongoing temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The role is based within the Real Estate organisation and can be based at either the Broughton or Filton site. The candidate will work across the whole Airbus UK portfolio of sites with direct accountability into the UK Real Estate team. Real Estate is responsible for the huge UK asset base.
