We are recruiting on behalf of a large and established Midlands-based housing association for experienced Housing Officer to join their team on an initial temporary contract, with the potential to extend. This Housin Officer role offers an excellent opportunity for a housing professional to support safe, well-managed communities through effective estate management, tenant engagement and proactive interventions. Key Responsibilities of a Housing Officer: Manage an allocated housing patch, carrying out estate inspections and identifying issues affecting residents and properties. Monitor communal areas and ensure health, safety and estate standards are maintained.
