A large Housing Association is looking for a number Property Management Executives on a temporary basis for approximately 3 months in West London Key responsibilities are as follows As a Property Management Executive you will have the required authority, budget, skills and support to creatively address the housing needs of your residents. You will be the main point of contact for residents and will be personally accountable for delivering services to residents in a small area patch. You will be responsible for managing service charge estimates, collecting rent and service charges, ordering and managing repairs, managing estate and dealing with any tenancy or neighbourhood issues that arise.
